  1.Matching for the ultra-thin glass below 3mm glass tempering furnace

  With the development of the society and the continuous improvement of the products quality in all industries , energy saving, environmental protection, the development and utilization of the new energy have been more and more noticed gradually,the tempered glass ultrathinnening becomes the general trend.With the increasing demand of the tempered glass below 3mm in the market, the demand of the ultra-thin glass tempering furnaces is becoming more and more urgent. For the tempering furnaces, the fans’undercooling is the biggest obstacle that limits the development of the ultra-thin glass tempering furnaces and the production of the ultra-thin glass, the industrial development has encountered a bottleneck.

  The furnaces with the GH fans  can product  2.5 mm automobile tempered glass , the thinnest in the industry ,insolved the problem of the production of the ultra-thin glass caused by the cooling capacity insufficiency of the traditional supporting fans ,filled the domestic blank.

  In addition, when designed the GH fans,they kept a big pressure improving range, can adjust the fan outlet pressure according to the season and the climate changes, to achieve the best working parameters. When designed the fans, they used the eddy controllable technology,eliminated the gas vortex in the fan basicly, can effectively control the temperature rise of the medium , the fans with the pressure rise of 35kpa, the temperature rise of the medium is only 34℃ . The GH series fans can not only provide the high wind pressure, but also accelerate the airflow velocity, and provide the lower temperature coolling mediums, solved the problems such as the fan pressure is low, the medium temperature is high ,and the coolling capacity is insufficient during the ultra-thin glass tempering production , fully meet the needs of the production of the ultra-thin tempered glass. According to the trial test, compared to the fans in series,with the same parameters,the GH series fans reduced the energy consumption by 23%, the outlet air temperature and the noise of the fans are greatly reduced, can be the perfect solution of the problem of supporting fans in the tempering furnace industry with the single fans, reduced the energy consumption and the production cost for the glass production enterprises.

  2.Replace the fans in series with the GH series fans

  In case,the tempering furnaces need the fan pressure should be above 20KPa during the production ,  it’s commonly to use two same specification fans in series,to improve the outlet pressure , but the two fans’inlet conditions are different, using the two same specification fans in series, will lead to low efficiency of the fans and increase the energy consumption. In this case, the use of GH series fans, only one single fan can meet the production, no longer need the fans in series, and can  also save energy greatly . According to the different tempering furnaces and the producted glass specifications, the energy saving can be 10%~30%, the energy consumption comparison as follow:

  Take the BT furnaces as example, two 9-19NO16 fans in series,

  parameters of the single fans :  flow:26377 ~ 32531m^3 /h  pressure: 15425 ~ 15700pa,  the motor power: 220kw,

  parameters of fans in series:  flow: 32000m^3/h   pressure: 28000pa  the total motor power: 440kw.

  Conclusion: according to the contrastive datas above, compared with the traditional 9-19 fans in series, the GH fans can save power 94.7kw per hour,the energy-saving is 23.7% , Working 10 hours per day, 300 days per year, the energy-saving can be 284,100kwh every year.

  3.Replace the traditional 9-19 , 9-26 high pressure fans with the GH series fans

 In case, the tempering furnaces need the fans’ pressure should be above 10KPA, the 9-19, 9-26 fans, as the representative of the traditional forward type high pressure fans, are mainly used. As the forward type fan design principle , the forward type fans’ efficiency is about 66%, the highest efficiency is not more than 68%, and the designed working point is not always on the optimum operating point, and also the designing error, the fans’ actual working efficiency will be lower. But the GH series fans’ efficiency is above 80%, and because of the personalized design, there will be a wider best working zone, can make sure that the fans are always working in the best working area. Therefore,  replace the traditional high pressure fans with the GH series fans , the energy saving will be around 10%,  the most intuitive performance is that,the same performance requirements, the supporting motors for the GH series fans can be one size smaller, the energy consumption comparison as follow:

  Conclusion: according to the contrastive datas above , compared with the traditional 9-19 fans ,the GH series fans can save power 27.9kw per hour,the energy-saving is 10.6% , Working 10 hours per day, 300 days per year,the energy- saving can be 83,700kwh every year.
